Is Trujinaki Vogue Only Online Based?

Currently, Trujinaki Vogue is only operating as an online business. We hope to expand to retail stores in the future!

What Shipping Services do you Offer?

US standard domestic shipping takes 5 to 8 business days (2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand, plus 3 to 5 business days to ship).

We will be shipping our orders using the trusted mailing system, USPS.

Do you Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $49.99.

 

How do I Track My Order?

After placing an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email of the order. After a processing time of 3-5 business days, in which we are getting your order ready, you will receive an additional email containing your package's tracking number. You will easily be able to track the progress of your package using this tracking number.

My Item was Stolen or Lost in Transit, how do I Receive a Refund?

As aforementioned, all sales are final and unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders have left TruJiNaki Vogue, the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customers must submit a claim directly to the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

My Item Arrived Damaged, What Should I do?

At TruJiNaki Vogue, we strive for excellence in all we do, and sometimes these unfortunate incidents may be unavoidable during transit.  

What to do if you receive a damaged product:

1. Be sure to make your claim within 48 hours of receiving your package

2. Send a clear picture of the damages to our official business email, trujinakivogue@gmail.com or any of our official social platforms.

3. Include your order number from your confirmation email to expedite the replacement process. 

4. Give 48 hours for us to file a claim with the postal carrier. Once it is approved. we will send you a brand-new product of the same style.

Please note USPS claims take longer to process and that there could be a limited variation of the product.

When Will my Card be Charged?

Your card will be charged within 24 hours prior to the shipment of your item(s).

 

Why was I Charged Twice for my Order?

Most times when an order is placed, the payment is placed on hold and later released by your bank. When this occurs the transaction may reappear again on the statement. Please be rest assured you were billed one time only and not twice.
